Terms and Conditions
- All rates are quoted in USD, and the adult sharing rates are a per person sharing rate.
- A child is between the ages of 5-12 years. Children below 4 years stay free (excluding park fees).
- The camp reserves the right of admission, and the rooms are subject to availability.
- Rates are inclusive of all statutory taxes.
- Full Board rates include breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- The Full Board and Game Package rates quoted do not include park entrance fees, transfer to/from the camps, medical or other insurance, alcoholic beverages, soft drinks or mineral water.
- Game Package rates include breakfast, lunch, dinner, shared 4 x 4 open sided land cruiser, walking safari, airstrip transfers and Kimana (Amboseli) gate transfers.
- In July/Aug/Sept (peak season) the Game Package rates include private 4×4 open sided vehicle, soft drinks, in house wines, local beers, and spirits.
- Bush/outdoor activities such as bush dinner, bush breakfast, sundownerand walking safari are weather permitting.
- Tulia Amboseli Safari Camp does NOT allow pets in, or on the premises.
Cancellation Policy
- 100% Payment of the total Invoice is required 30-days prior to the date of arrival for all the seasons.
- Any cancellation less than 30-days prior to arrival will incur a 35% cancellation fee.
- Any cancellation less than 15-days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Any cancellation 7 days to your date of arrival will incur a 75% cancellation fee.
- Any cancellation less than 2-days prior to arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Surcharges and Additional Guests
- Park/Conservation fees are not included on the room rates quoted.
- Park/Conservation fees are subject to change by the authorities without prior notice.
- Park/Conservation fees quoted are valid for 24 hours.
- Additional guests and additional meals will incur surcharges.
Arrival and Departure Times
Check in on arrival date is from 12:00 pm and check out time on departure is at 10:00 am.
