The adventure begins just before dawn when you are picked up at the camp and transported to the Balloon Camp, just outside of Kimana Gate. Enjoy hot beverages and biscuits in the custom gazebo while the balloon crew prepares for flight.
At sunrise, walk to the launch field for a safety briefing as the Captain inflates the balloon. Soon you ascend, floating quietly above manyattas, lodges and wildlife with breathtaking views of Mt Kilimanjaro. After an hour in the sky, you land softly, followed by a game drive back to camp for a champagne toast and chef-prepared breakfast in the custom gazebo.
Return transport is provided back to Tulia Amboseli Safari Camp. Total time from pick up to drop off – 4-5 hours.
